SLAC coil feeding shell system is built on a Minster or Bruderer press. It can run at high speed stably and is convenient for maintenance. The feeding rollers are dual servo drive, which will not cause indentation on the surface of the coil when the shell system is fed at high speed steadily.
The shell tooling has air pressure forming structure so that the shell specs can stay the same. Besides, the tooling parts have long service life and are convenient to be replaced. The shells come out along air drain into the Curler. The air drain structure makes shells go into Curler at high speed with good stability. The Curler is horizontal type and all the Curlers are driven by one same motor.
